Over the last 20 years I advanced in corporate from Administrative Assistant to Chief Operating Officer of a $350 million business.

On the side I advised early stage tech start ups and Venture Capture Funds, proving that corporate principals could build, assess and grow all types of businesses.

In 2022 I left corporate with a mission to support small business with tested and proven best practices, pragmatic approaches to unique problems and a healthy dose of optimism that all businesses can be successful with the right people, doing the right things at the right time.

What I believe is that every business has unique needs and when you pair that with proven strategies your business becomes unbeatable.

I call Sonoma County home (yep wine country baby), and when I am not supporting your business, you can find me sitting along the fence watching one of my three son’s on the baseball field.
